A house is not a hotel, and the difference is the household. We place clients in villas where the chef, the housekeeping team and the driver are already in position, briefed before arrival, and answerable to a resident manager for the length of the stay.
Every house on our list has been visited. We know which terrace catches the evening, which kitchen can hold a dinner for twenty, which road is difficult after rain, and which owner is genuinely willing to be flexible.
How a stay is built
We begin with the party and the intent: a family fortnight, a milestone, or a quiet week with no plans at all. The house follows from that, then the household, then the programme around it.
Dietary requirements, arrangements for children, medical access and security are settled before arrival rather than on it.
