Moritz Luxe Assets Ltd is a private office registered in England and Wales, working across Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Mauritius.
We were built around a single observation. The people who charter aircraft and take houses for the season are very often the same people who acquire watches and motor cars, and they are badly served by an industry that splits those needs between a travel agent, a broker and a dealer. None of the three speak to each other, and all three would like to be paid.
We do both, for a deliberately small number of clients. The same people handle an enquiry from first contact to final settlement. Nothing is listed publicly, every counterparty is verified before an introduction is made, and no detail is passed to a third party without your instruction.
Where we are
Our registered office is in London. Our alpine work runs through St Moritz and the Engadin. In Mauritius we work through a single destination management company, the best on the island, chosen and vetted rather than assembled from a panel of local agents. They hold the ground; we hold the relationship and remain answerable for the result.
Verification
Certain arrangements require identity and source of funds checks in line with applicable regulations. We would rather say so plainly at the start than discover it matters later.
